At HONGSON, we always try to deliver products with the highest quality. However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product for any unexpected reason, we have this policy to resolve it quickly and smoothly.

1. Conditions for Complaints & Solutions: To apply for a return or refund, you must follow these conditions:

Check in front of delivery man: Please check the parcel in front of the delivery person before accepting it.
Unboxing video (mandatory): You must record a clear and unedited video while opening the parcel. No complaint will be accepted without this video.
Video requirements: The video must start before opening the parcel. Videos recorded after fully or partially unboxing will not be accepted.
Valid reasons: You can request a return or refund only if you receive the wrong product or a damaged product.
Time limit: You must report the issue while the delivery person is present or within 24 hours after receiving the product.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

Your clear unboxing video
Purchase receipt
Order ID

3. Resolution Process

After our team reviews and approves your complaint:

Replacement: We will send you a replacement product as soon as possible (subject to stock availability).
Refund: If the product is not available in stock or we cannot provide a replacement, you will receive a full refund.
Refund time: The refund will be processed within 3 to 7 working days to your payment method or mobile banking account.

Return Charge Policy

If the mistake is from our side, we will pay the return charge.
If the mistake is from your side, you will have to pay the return charge.

রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড পলিসি

HONGSON-এ আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মান নিয়ন্ত্রণের মাধ্যমে আমাদের পণ্য সরবরাহ করে থাকি। তবে অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত কোনো কারণে ভুল বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য পৌঁছালে, তা দ্রুত ও সুষ্ঠুভাবে সমাধানের জন্য আমাদের এই পলিসি নির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে।

১. অভিযোগ ও সমাধানের শর্তাবলি
রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য আবেদন করতে হলে নিচের শর্তগুলো আবশ্যিকভাবে পূরণ করতে হবে:

ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে যাচাই: পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করার পূর্বে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের উপস্থিতিতে পার্সেলটি চেক করে নেওয়ার অনুরোধ করা হলো।

আনবক্সিং ভিডিও (বাধ্যতামূলক): পার্সেলটি খোলার সময় অবশ্যই একটি স্পষ্ট ও কাটছাঁটবিহীন (unedited) ভিডিও ধারণ করতে হবে। আনবক্সিং ভিডিও ছাড়া কোনো অভিযোগ গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

ভিডিওর গ্রহণযোগ্যতা: পার্সেল খোলার আগে থেকে ভিডিও শুরু করতে হবে। পণ্য পুরোপুরি বা আংশিক আনপ্যাক করার পর ধারণকৃত ভিডিও গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবে না।

অভিযোগের কারণ: শুধুমাত্র ভুল পণ্য অথবা ড্যামেজ (ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত) পণ্য হাতে পেলে আপনি রিটার্ন বা রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হবেন।

সময়সীমা: ডেলিভারি ম্যান উপস্থিত থাকাকালীন অথবা পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাছে অভিযোগ জানাতে হবে।

২. অভিযোগ জানানোর প্রক্রিয়া
উপরোক্ত শর্তগুলো পূরণ হলে, আপনার অভিযোগটি আমাদের WhatsApp নম্বর 01602090387-এ পাঠান।
মেসেজে যা যা যুক্ত করতে হবে:

আপনার ধারণকৃত স্পষ্ট আনবক্সিং ভিডিও।

পণ্য ক্রয়ের রসিদ (Receipt)।

আপনার অর্ডার আইডি (Order ID)।

৩. সমাধান প্রক্রিয়া
আপনার আনবক্সিং ভিডিও এবং অভিযোগ আমাদের টিম দ্বারা যাচাই ও গৃহীত হওয়ার পর:

রিপ্লেসমেন্ট: আমরা দ্রুত আপনাকে নতুন একটি রিপ্লেসমেন্ট পণ্য পাঠিয়ে দেব (স্টকে থাকা সাপেক্ষে)।

রিফান্ড: যদি পণ্যটি স্টকে না থাকে বা অন্য কোনো কারণে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট দিতে ব্যর্থ হই, তবে পণ্যের সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য আপনাকে রিফান্ড করা হবে।

রিফান্ডের সময়সীমা: রিফান্ড অনুমোদিত হওয়ার [এখানে সময় দিন, যেমন: ৩ থেকে ৭ কার্যদিবসের] মধ্যে আপনার পেমেন্ট মাধ্যম বা মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অ্যাকাউন্টে টাকা ফেরত পাঠানো হবে।
